<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Ideea este buna si se aplica cu succes in cazul comunitatilor dezvoltate (ca numar de membri), omogene din pdv al veniturilor puse lunar in buzunar de catre membri, cu frecventa mare de vizitare a siteului pe user. Ar fi de preferat ca viorile intai ale comunitatii respective, principalele voci, sa se numere printre primii licitatori. Alti <strong>indicatori,</strong> precum cei referitori la varsta, educatie, etnie, rata fluctuatia si mobilitatea userilor etc imi par a fi mai putin importanti in cazul de fata. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Revenind la instrument de retinere si crestere a userilor, <strong>mecanismul</strong> este foarte simplu:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><strong>un membru liciteaza un bun personal</strong> si il afiseaza pe site (insotit de descrierea text, imagine, eventual un video pentru a fi mai convingator); </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><strong>perioada de desfasurare</strong> a licitatiei trebuie delimitata (cred ca 2 saptamani pentru numirea castigatorului sunt indeajuns); nu cred ca este cazul sa existe delimitari in ceea ce privesc ofertele pentru obiectul scos la licitatie (oricum ofertele vor avea valori economice apropiate);</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">ca si in viata reala, la licitatie participa numai <strong>cei care intrunesc anumite cerinte</strong>; in cazul de fata, sa fie membri activi ai comunitatii; (sufletele chinuite din marketingul online, asa numitii strategi in comunicare online =)) ar putea cere userilor ca pentru a fi partasi la licitatie, sa mai aiba, pe langa statutul de membru, si o activitate relevanta pentru respectiva comunitate, activitate masurata prin numarul de postari pe forum, prin numarul de content-uri generate, puncte cumulate in timp etc <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">asadar, dupa ce indeplinesc toate criteriile de inregistrare, membrii incep sa liciteze, <strong>ofertand pentru obiectul scos la licitatie diverse bunuri personale prezentate in acelasi mod </strong>(text, poza, video);</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><strong>desemnarea castigatorilor</strong> se poate realiza: fie cu ajutorul unui juriu stabilit initial, fie cu ajutorul licitatorului (adica, atunci cand omul nostru a gasit o oferta care il satisface, striga Stop Joc!<span>  </span>si e gata.);</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-18pt;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">      </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">dupa <strong>finalizarea licitatiei</strong>, intr-un interval de timp prestabilit, castigatorul licitatiei si licitatorul se intalnesc si fac schimb de obiecte; mi se pare corect ca taxele de transport sa fie suportate de fiecare membru in parte pentru obiectul sau; (ce te faci daca castigatorul desemnat a oferit un pian? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> te bucuri, normal(!) dar ce-ar spune el cand ar vedea ca a castigat o camila? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> camila - pian is nice, isnt’it? :))) </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Aproximativ la fel merg lucrurile si pe <a href="http://www.europafm.ro">www.europafm.ro</a> (inca n-am vazut sa se fi oferit un pian pentru o camila :P) <a href="http://www.europafm.ro/evenimente/concursuri-la-radio/licitatia-la-europa-fm/" target="_blank"><span style="color:#ff6600;">“Concursul” de la Europa FM</span> </a>consta din mai multe runde de astfel de licitatii si este incorporat in emisiunea de dimineata. Desi promovat numai pe radio (oricum e un concurs relativ scurt (1 luna); nu cred ca asteptarile sunt extraordinar de mari) zic ca actiunea va avea succes. <strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;font-family:Arial;">O singura rugaminte</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;font-family:Arial;">: va rog reformulati <a href="http://www.europafm.ro/evenimente/concursuri-la-radio/licitatia-la-europa-fm/regulamentul-concursului.html" target="_blank"><span style="color:#ff6600;">Regulamentul de concurs;</span></a> formularile sunt foarte greoaie si alambicate pentru o chestiune atat de simpla. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></span></p>

In urma completarii chestionarului, se face o evaluare prin care se stabilesc predispozitiile catre principalele boli vizate prin campanie. <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"> </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><span>-<span style="font:7pt;">       </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"><strong>Cresterea vanzarilor</strong> pe segmentul produselor farmaceutice, care se elibereaza fara prescriptie medicala (decizia de cumparare este de cele mai multe ori a pacientului si nu vizeaza parafa unui medic de specialitate), din gama vitaminelor si a suplimentelor alimentare, avand un pret mediu 30 -50 euro si de asemenea potrivite pentru cross selling ( parca aud: vai doamna, langa vitaminele acestea va mai dau si un alt supliment alimentar care va va ajuta si mai mult sa luptati impotriva stresului) Suma finala pe care o asteapta farmaciile Dona (dupa calculele mele) este in jur de 80mii - 100 mii euro. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Aceasta campanie imi aminteste de una oarecum similara, realizata prin State (nu mai retin numele clientului, insa verific si completez) de catre un laborator de analize pentru femeile gravide. Acest laborator a vrut sa-si creasca vanzarile si drept urmare a organizat un direct mailling catre femile din respectivul stat pe care le-a intrebat, printre alltele si,<span>  </span>daca intentioneaza sa ramana gravide inn viitor. <span> </span>Rata de raspuns a fost mare. Astfel au realizat intr-un mod elegant prospectarea si segmentarea clientelor. In pasul 2, femeile care au raspuns si care erau in primary target au fost invitate la un focus grup. In cadrul acelui focus grup s-a discutat si despre analizele pe care respectivul laborator le realiza si despre disconutrile lor. Desi cam indirecta, campania avut un mare succes. A crescut vanzarile laboratorului cu 40% ( nu mai stiu sigur dar verfic si spun). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Nu stiu daca “Faci destule pentru cariera. Sanatatea nu trebuie sa fie unul dintre ele.” va creste vanzarile farmaciilor Dona chiar cu un procent de 40%, insa o crestere va. Si asta sigur. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;">Mi-a mai placut faza cu aplicatia pentru computer: ceasul Dona care la intervalele stabilite trimite alerte pe ecran, pentru fiecare boala. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> <span>  </span>Aceste alerte de pe computer sunt simultane cu alertele (pentru aceleasi boli :P) si pe radio. </span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left">Despre ce este vorba:</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><a href="http://domo.ro/" target="_blank"><span style="color:#ff6600;">Domo</span></a> promite sa returneze banii tuturor celor care in perioada amintintita cumpara cel putin un tv, lcd sau plasma de la ei. Cu o singura conditie: daca echipa de fotbal a Romaniei va trece de semifinalele Campionatului European de fotbal 2008.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left">In functie de cum va dori soarta si cate goluri vor da Mutu &amp; baietii,. campania ar putea fi cea mai mare returnare de fonduri din ultimii ani din Romania, sau dimpotriva, ar putea reprezenta o crestere frumoasa a veniturilor Domo. Suma finala se situeaza dupa un calcul simplu, intre 600 sute -1 milion euro.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left">E limpede ca pentru aceasta promotie, cumparatura medie nu va fi una mica. Insasi promosiunea returnarii banilor este incentivul generator al cumparaturii de impuls: cumpara acum (in aceasta promotie, cand poti primi banii inapoi) ceea ce planuiai sa cumperi mai demult, insa din varii motive, dintre care, probabil, pretul este cel mai important, ai amanat si tot amanat.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left">Desigur ca Domo vrea sa isi creasca si brandul cu aceasta promotie, insa ceea ce le va aduce returnarea de fonduri ( in conditiile in care echipa nationala va trece de semifinale si Domo va trebui sa returneze banii) este atitudinea pozitiva pentru brand. Este firesc ca cel care a cumparat un tv in aceasta promotie si a primit banii inapoi, sa simta multumire si satisfactie ori de cate ori priveste repectivul televizor, nu? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> Iar pe termen lung, de unde isi va face viitoarele cumparaturi cand va veni vorba despre electronice si electrocasnice?&#8230;de la Domo, evident! <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="left">Si in final, chiar daca tricolorii se vor intoarce acasa inainte de semifinale, probabil ca Domo si-a facut o asigurare, un hedging care sa le acopere daunele(costurile promotiei), dar &#8216;om trai si &#8216;om vedea. :) </p>

Eu insa n-am apucat sa gust decat din astea.. De fiecare data cand am interbat (intr-adevar cu oarescare nehotarare in glas) am prmit un “haideti, spuneti mai repede!Ce sa fie?Haideti o data! “ Asa ca, asta e. Cu sunca, de fiecare data. Pot eu sa supar vanzatoarea cu intrebari tampite despre alte sandwichuri? Cand e de 3 ori mai lata-n umeri decat mine?</p>
<p>Nu, nene, clientului trebuie sa-I intre bine in cap cine este seful. Nu vii tu la noi cu intebari, cu alea alea. Nu stam noi acum sa pupam consumatorul unde vrea el. Lasa-ne in pace cu strategii de atragere a clientiilor si fidelizare, CRMuri si chestii de bun simt, dintr-astea.<br />
Traditia replicii “ Da, spuneti” urlate din toti rarunchii in nasul clientului trebuie continuata. A sti cum sa-ti supui clientul este o arta ce trebuie transmisa copiilor si nepotilor nostri.<br />
Ei, hai ca glumesc, papusa. Hahaha.Cu sunca ziceai sa fie sandwichiul, da fetitza? </p>
<p>Speranta exista, iar cand se concretizeaza cat de putin ai impreisa ciudata ca e un boomerang tembel.</p>
<p>Astazi, ca de obicei. Comand: Unul cu sunca, va rog. Timp in care imi cautam banii prin buzunare. In mare stress, fireste: vanzatorul terrorist nu iarta si nu uita (No soup for your! Come back one year!) Cand in sfarsit ii gasesc si ridic capul sa ii dau….am inmarmurit. Ma uitam si nu-mi venea sa cred: ZAMBEA.<br />
N-am stiut ce sa fac: sa rezonez cu zambetul ei (poate o fi o capcana), sa ma prefac ca nu vad (e nepoliticos). Dar totusi, de ce rade? Am ceva pe fata? Ce sa fac acum?<br />
Greu de luat o decizie. Pe bune c-a fost greu. Pai, tu ce-ai fi facut daca ti-ar fi zambit Godzilla?<br />
Ai fi fugit, normal. Cum am facu si eu, de afltfel.</p>

In vreme ce eu lucram cuminte la crearea unor noi canale de poluare cu advertising, normal. N-am demisionat inca, insa trebuie sa recunosc ca acestea m-au sedus intr-un mare fel.</p>
<p>Acum, bineinteles, constat printr-un proces amplu si sofisticat efectele actiunilor mele, efecte care, btw, nu s-au lasat prea mult asteptate. Primul si singurul (deocamdata) a fost <strong>visul de tip big brother cu loteria vizelor pentru ecologisti. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Asta noapte am visat ca unul dintre marii operatori de telefonie din .ro (taman cel pe care nu-l sufar eu) avea o actiune CSR care se desfasura sub forma unui concurs de tip big brother la care puteau participa toti oamenii din .ro. Acestia formau echipe avand ca scop final intocmirea unui plan beton de actiuni ecologiste. Publicul vota la greu cea mai buna echipa, tot concursul fiind filmat si transmis in timp real pe-un site dedicat. Premiul cel mare pentru echipa castigatoare consta in vize pentru toti membrii ei (si paretenerii lor de viata) in State. Mi se pare foarte firesc. </strong></p>
<p>Habar n-am cum am ajuns sa particip la acest concurs din vis. Insa, mi-a facut placere, desi am fost eliminata inca de la prima proba. Am adus idei stralucite pentru proiectul ecologist al echipei din care faceam parte. Idei uimitor de asemanatoare cu cele din viata reala: sezi pe intuneric o ora (cu exceptia hotilor, ofc), renunta sa mergi cu masina, fugi cu tricicletea etc etc. M-am intalnit chiar, cu o buna prietena, tot aici in vis. Imi spunea ca vrea sa plece in State pentru ca rezultatele Summitului au dezamagit-o.<br />
In cele din urma, adica la finalul primei probe, am fost eliminata. Publicul a considerat ca trebuie sa plec fiind ca am fost foarte rea cu un co-echipier inchizandu-l prea dur cu o intrebare mult prea desteapta: “Care a fost ultima piesa de teatru pe care ai vazut-o anul acesta?”.</p>
<p>Un vis mic pentru o lume mare. Astept cu nerabdare si celelalte efecte: miscorarea gaurei in stratul de ozon, scaderea poluarii in Bucuresti sau alte chestiuni de acest gen.</p>
